Maritime research lab planned for Seaport District waterfront
Danvers-based real estate development firm Kavanagh Advisory Group intends to develop a four-story maritime research building on Wharf 8/Pier 7 in Boston’s Seaport District, an open-water site located between the Legal Harborside seafood restaurant and Blue Hills Bank Pavilion.
